Akamai and Jupiter Research had conducted a study on the online shopping retailers’ customer satisfaction. Some of the facts revealed based on the feedback of 1058 online customers include

An online shopper waits a maximum of 4 seconds for the site to load. If it does not arrive over their screen, the close button would soon be pressed.

Memory cards are one of the most frequently damaged goods especially when bought from an online seller.
